I take each of my kids on a backpacking trip for their birthday each year. Just the two of us. It's become a wonderful tradition that I hope continues for a very long time. This is Part 1 of Tyler's 7th birthday trip to Kentucky's Red River Gorge Geological Area in May, 2010. It chronicles the first, and driest day of a 2-day trip around Gray's Arch and along Rough Trail to Pinch-em-tight Trail. It's a great route with a lot of geology to see, and Tyler had a great time. He's been wanting to see this route since his sister hiked it last year for her birthday. I hope you enjoy the video. Please be sure to watch Part 2 for the second day: www.youtube.com

Question by by1455: Is it possible to bring fruits into Changi airport from China on a China Eastern Airlines flight?
i'm planning to bring a box of fruit (peaches) on board the flight (from shanghai to singapore) but i'm not sure if it's in line with the new changi airport flight regulations. thats in addition to another piece of luggage-a backpack that i'll be carrying
i'm planning to bring the peaches as carry-on on board the flight, is that possible?

Best answer:

Answer by AlisonGIRL-
Hello there.

Firstly thanks for visiting my country

Also, I am not sure whether you can bring two pieces of handcarry up to the plane, as some airlines allow and some do not allow you to do so. However, I think that lady's handbags are not considered as handluggage, hence if you have a female traveller going along, you would most likely be able to.

About the customs, its no problem as Singapore does not have any agriculture. Unlike australian customs, who are strict because they grow all kinds of plants.

Hope this answers your question!

Hope you enjoy your stay in Singapore!

What do you think? Answer below!
